The College of Public Health includes three Master departments:
School of Public Health, Graduate Institute of Injury Prevention and Control, and the Master Program in Global Health and Health Security.

Eligibility:
(1) Identity and Nationality:
A foreign national who has never held Chinese overseas student status prior to application, and who complies with the Taiwan Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as “MoE”), “Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan”, and other applicable regulations.
(2) Educational/Academic Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree accredited by the Ministry of Education (MoE) or be expected to graduate from an MoE-accredited bachelor’s program by July of the application year.

Photograph
a close-up color shot of the head and shoulders (no hats) within the last 6 months (JPG format). This photo will be used to produce the TMU student ID card.
English proficiency
All applicants must demonstrate a minimum level of proficiency in English for admission. You will need to submit an English proficiency certificate at CEFR B1
(Threshold) or above to satisfy the required competence level for your intended program. Test results must be obtained within two years of the application start date.
English-Language Test Waiver
Applicants whose passport nationality has English as an official language, whose previous degree was taught in English, or who majored in English in their previous degree, may be exempt from submitting proof of English language proficiency upon providing proof of the language of instruction or a graduation certificate.

Financial statement
Financial statement, obtained within the last three months. If you are selfsponsored, provide your bank statement(s) in English or Chinese with the $USD amount equal or exceed $4,000 USD. Authentication is not required at this stage.
The financial statement must be a personal bank statement; bank statements from company or organization account will not be accepted. If an individual has multiple accounts, the bank statement showing the closing balance must be issued on the same day.
