Precautions for renting meeting rooms
1.Meeting rooms are mainly for college and departmental use. Unauthorized borrowing is not allowed.
2.External units must call in advance to check availability.
3.Keep the room clean and tidy.
4.Turn off air conditioning, projector, and lights after use; take your trash with you.
5.Rooms are owned by the College of Public Health and departments; management can refuse use.
6.Violations or damage may require compensation and affect future use.
