Precautions for renting meeting rooms
1.The meeting rooms are primarily for courses and meetings in the College of Public Health.
2.Please maintain the cleanliness of the meeting rooms.
3.Remember to dispose of your trash, and turn off the air conditioning, projector, and lights when leaving the meeting rooms.
4.The meeting rooms belong to the College of Public Health and various departments. In case of violations of the above rules or damage to equipment, the management department may request compensation for damages and decide on the borrowing of the meeting room.
