Taipei Medical University Excellent Mentor Award. 1 College-level excellent mentor.

 

• 申請資格Application Qualifications：

擔任本校112學年度導師之專、兼任教師。

Full-time or part-time teacher as a TMU mentor for 112 academic year.

 

• 獎勵Rewards：
  傑出優良導師：獲頒獎牌一座及獎金十萬元(榮獲五次本校校級優良導師者，為本校傑出優良導師，以一次為限)。

校級優良導師：獲頒獎牌一座、獎金四萬元。

院級優良導師：獲頒獎牌一座。

註：另依據「臺北醫學大學教師升等計分標準施行要點」，院級獎項獲獎者可折抵論文分數30分，校級獎項可折抵論文分數60分。(折抵以一次為限)

Outstanding and Excellent Mentor: bestowed a medal and NTD$100,000. (Refers to who won School-level Excellent Mentor for 5 times, Outstanding and Excellent Mentor only be given for once.)

School-level Excellent Mentor: bestowed a medal and NTD$40,000.

College-level Excellent Mentor: bestowed a medal.

Note: According to the "Guidelines to Taipei Medical University Faculty Promotion Points Standards", the winners of the College-level can credit 30 points on the thesis item, or who is receiving the School-level can credit 60 points on the thesis item. (The deduction is once only) 

 

• 報名Application：
  (一)專任教師：請於2024/3/15(五)12:00前，將優良導師推薦表(附件一)及相關佐證資料送交至學院院秘書汪小姐(m513096009tmu.edu.tw)，分機16002，進行院級優良導師遴選。 (兼任不同學院導師者，敬請自擇其一學院申請)。

Full-time Teachers: According to the submission period set by each college, mentors please submit the Recommendation Form for Taipei Medical University Excellent Mentor and relevant supporting materials to " secretary of the college, Jessie(m513096009@tmu.edu.tw)，Ext. 6503" for the selection of College-level. (Those mentors who also serve with different colleges could choose one of the colleges to attend the selection).

(二)兼任教師：請於113年4月19日(五)將優良導師推薦表(附件一)及相關佐證資料送交學生輔導中心，由校級優良導師遴選小組，依該年度擔任導師之兼任教師人數，採外加方式議定名額。

Part-time Teachers: Please submit the Recommendation Form for Taipei Medical University Excellent Mentor (Appendix 1) and relevant supporting materials to the Student Counseling Center from before April 19 (Fri), 2024. The School-level Selection Committee will base on the proportion of the number of part-time teachers who serve as mentors in the academic year to decide the quota amount and it will be determined as “Additional Quota”.

 

• 遴選程序及標準：

(1)具體優良事蹟Specific mentoring deeds (50％)

1輔導學生從事正當有益身心之課外活動，著有績效並有具體事實

2處理學生問題，有具體事蹟者，必要時能適時轉介及運用資源解決學生問題

3輔導學生學習、選課預警等諮詢情形，著有績效並有具體事實

4其他進行師生各種互動，有具體成效及完整紀錄

(2)導師參與相關研習紀錄Mentor's relevant training records (25％)

1積極出席校內導師會議及全校訓輔工作相關研討會，若能提出建言有助提升學生輔導工作者更佳

2參與教育部主辦有關導師輔導工作之研討會(參加校外研習之導師須附上研習證明供委員評選)

(3)優良導師評選小組投票成績，會議當日投票Voting results (25％)

 

• 書面資料繳交Submission Documents

具體優良事蹟期程為111-2學期及112-1學期

The Specific excellent deeds refer to the semester of Fall 2021 and Spring 2022

 

• 遴選日程Selection Schedule：

各學院於113年3、4月經院務會議遴選出「院級優良導師」，並將獲選名單於4月19日(五)前送交學生輔導中心，續由學輔中心通知院級優良導師繳交相關資料，收件截止日為5月3日日(五)，校級優良導師遴選小組將於5月14日(二)會議，遴選112學年度「校級優良導師」。
Each college shall select "College-level Excellent Mentor" through College Affairs Meeting on March~April , 2024. And the college also have to submit the Winner List to the Student Counseling Center before April 19 (Fri). Afterwards, "College-level Excellent Mentor" shall be provided 10 minutes public speech per person and mentor documents to Student Counseling Center. The School-level Selection Committee will select "School-level Excellent Mentor" for 112th Academic Year in the meeting dated on May 14 (Tue).
