On the first day of employment, the on-site supervisor\/PI will provide hazard notification, emergency response information, and other relevant instructions. After signing, submit the form to the Environmental Safety Office for record-keeping, or scan and email it to <strong data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"784\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"782\">safety@tmu.edu.tw<\/a><\/strong>.
