*Courses on Public Health

Many major public health issues have had a great impact on the health of the nation, the healthcare system and the economic development of the country, and even on Taiwan's interaction with the international community. Therefore, College of Public Health has been focused on education and research in various fields in advanced health sciences and technology which includes the following six aspects for talent cultivation.

*Healthcare Management

Management theories cover five significant aspects: human resource, production, information system, marketing, and finance. We design introductory management courses based on five tracks, and strategic management, which integrate all five tracks and ultimately clarify the mission and value of an organization. Moreover, due to the significant impact of health policy on healthcare organizations, we also cover the introduction of health policy and health insurance system in Taiwan. Famous for the research and practices in big data, the College of Management also supplies related courses in data science and data research. Therefore, this unique series of MOOCs focus on the critical aspects of introductory management theories, advanced management theories, health policy in Taiwan, and management information system (Figure 1). Not only theories but also integrate the experiences of Taiwan, we would like to share the exceptional cases and enhance the international visibility with our international alliances.

* 36 classes of PH field and 24 hours of management field will be provided for students’ selection as the annex.

Courses on Public Health	Type 2		Complete 20 hours of the public health field courses.	Certificate of Completion *Can’t waive 2 credits.
Courses on Health Industry Management	Type 2	To get an overview understanding of the "health policy and management in Taiwan."	Complete all the course in the field of management. Pass the quizzes. **There are only 5 chances to take the test. Failing to pass will not grant the certificate.	Credit Certificate of 2 credits on the "Health Policy and Management." *Students are allowed to grant 2 credits and will be waived if they pursue a degree in TMU.
