110學年度公共衛生學院院級優良導師遴選公告
Taipei Medical University College-level Excellent Mentor Award of 110 Academic Year
一、依據Basis：臺北醫學大學優良導師獎勵辦法辦理，名額一名。
Taipei Medical University Excellent Mentor Award. 1 College-level excellent mentor.
二、申請資格Application Qualifications：
擔任本學院110學年度導師之專、兼任教師。
Full-time or part-time teacher as a TMU-PH mentor for 110 academic year.
三、獎勵Rewards：
傑出優良導師：獲頒獎牌一座及獎金十萬元(榮獲五次本校校級優良導師者，為本校傑出優良導師，以一次為限)。
校級優良導師：獲頒獎牌一座、獎金四萬元。
院級優良導師：獲頒獎牌一座。
註：另依據「臺北醫學大學教師升等計分標準施行要點」，院級獎項獲獎者可折抵論文分數30分，校級獎項可折抵論文分數60分。(折抵以一次為限)
Outstanding and Excellent Mentor: bestowed a medal and NTD$100,000. (Refers to who won School-level Excellent Mentor for 5 times, Outstanding and Excellent Mentor only be given for once.)
School-level Excellent Mentor: bestowed a medal and NTD$40,000.
College-level Excellent Mentor: bestowed a medal.
Note: According to the "Guidelines to Taipei Medical University Faculty Promotion Points Standards", the winners of the College-level can credit 30 points on the thesis item, or who is receiving the School-level can credit 60 points on the thesis item. (The deduction is once only)
四、報名Application：
(一)專任教師：111/3/1(二)至110/3/31(四)期間受理申請。歡迎有意願參選之師長向公衛學院提出申請，並檢附優良導師推薦表(附件一)及相關佐證資料送交學院院秘書汪小姐(m513096009tmu.edu.tw)，分機6503，進行院級優良導師遴選。
Full-time Teachers: From February 23 (Wed) to March 31 (Fri), 2022. Please submit the Recommendation Form (Appendix 1) and relevant documents to Jessie(m513096009@tmu.edu.tw)，Ext. 6503 for the selection of College-level.
遴選程序及標準：
(1)具體優良事蹟Specific mentoring deeds (50％)
1輔導學生從事正當有益身心之課外活動，著有績效並有具體事實
2處理學生問題，有具體事蹟者，必要時能適時轉介及運用資源解決學生問題
3輔導學生學習、選課預警等諮詢情形，著有績效並有具體事實
4其他進行師生各種互動，有具體成效及完整紀錄
(2)導師參與相關研習紀錄Mentor's relevant training records (25％)
1積極出席校內導師會議及全校訓輔工作相關研討會，若能提出建言有助提升學生輔導工作者更佳
2參與教育部主辦有關導師輔導工作之研討會(參加校外研習之導師須附上研習證明供委員評選)
(3)優良導師評選小組投票成績，會議當日投票Voting results (25％)
(二) 兼任教師：(二)兼任教師：請於111年2月23日(三)起至3月18日(五)間將優良導師推薦表(附件一)及相關佐證資料送交學生輔導中心，由校級優良導師遴選小組，依該年度擔任導師之兼任教師人數比例，採外加方式議定名額。
Part-time Teachers: Please submit the Recommendation Form f (Appendix 1) and relevant documents to Student Counseling Center from February 23 (Wed) to March 18 (Fri), 2022. The School-level Selection Committee will base on the proportion of the number of part-time teachers who serve as mentors in the academic year to decide the quota amount and it will be determined as “Additional Quota”.
五、遴選日程：預計於111年5月6日(五)前經院務會議遴選出「院級優良導師」，並將獲選名單送交學生輔導中心，續由校級優良導師遴選小組於5月17日(二)召開會議，遴選110學年度「校級優良導師」。
"College-level Excellent Mentor" through College Affairs Meeting before May 6, 2022 (Friday). And the college also have to submit the Winner List to Student Counseling Center. Afterwards, the School-level Selection Committee will select “School-level Excellent Mentor for 110th Academic Year” in the meeting dated on May 17th (Tue).
